Every BexyTV report is taken seriously and handled confidentially.
Submit a copyright report to BexyTV
Send a message on WhatsApp (+44 7395 985474) starting with „Copyright Report“; you may attach the notification as a document or image. A complete BexyTV notification includes:
- Your full name (or, for an organization, its name and authorized representative), mailing address, and a phone number we can reach on WhatsApp.
- A description of the protected work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- A description of the alleged infringement, precise enough (channel name, program title, date, and time) for us to locate it on BexyTV.
- An explanation of why you believe the content is illegal.
- A statement that the information is accurate and complete, and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
An incomplete BexyTV report may be rejected or take longer to process.
How BexyTV handles a report
We review every complete notification within 24 hours of receipt. If the report is well-founded, we take available measures—including removing the reported content or blocking access where possible—and confirm the action taken. When content is controlled by a third party, we forward the report to them without delay, maintaining the high standards expected of BexyTV users.
Accounts found responsible for repeated infringements of third-party intellectual property rights will be suspended and eventually terminated from the BexyTV platform.
False claims to BexyTV
Anyone who knowingly provides false information claiming that content is infringing may be held liable for damages. If you are uncertain whether the content actually infringes your rights, we recommend consulting a legal professional before sending a report to BexyTV.
