These terms of sale apply when you order a free trial or a BexyTV subscription from bexytv.com (‚we‘, ‚us‘) via bexytv.com or WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Details on how we process your personal data are outlined in our privacy policy.
Ordering BexyTV
- Select your package, tier (Standard or Premium), and duration on the Pricing and Plans page, then submit your order to us via WhatsApp.
- We will confirm your chosen package, total cost, and payment methods during our chat before you finalize payment.
- The agreement is finalized once payment is confirmed and we have delivered your credentials. Details are sent shortly after payment processing.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all provided information, such as your specific device and contact number, is accurate.
Pricing and Payment for BexyTV
All prices are listed in USD on the Plans page. The price confirmed via WhatsApp before you pay is the final amount for your order. There are no registration fees or hidden costs with BexyTV. Payments are made in full in advance for the chosen billing cycle. For the Standard 3 months plan, you pay 30$, while the 6 months plan is 45$. The 12 months plan is 59$, and our 24 months plan is 89$. For Premium 3 months, the cost is 39$, 6 months is 59$, 12 months is 69$, and 24 months is 99$.
Licenses for third-party applications, such as iptv smarters pro or TiviMate, are not included. These must be purchased directly from the app developers, who are solely responsible for their functionality.
BexyTV Free Trial
You may request a complimentary 24-hour trial before committing to a full BexyTV subscription. This test allows you to verify that our service performs optimally on your internet connection and device. We reserve the right to limit or refuse trials if we detect abuse, such as multiple requests from the same household.
Term, Renewal, and Cancellation of BexyTV
- Your BexyTV subscription begins the day login information is sent and expires automatically at the end of your term.
- There is no automatic renewal, and no cancellation is required. To extend your service, simply message us before your current term expires.
- You may upgrade from a Standard to a Premium plan at any time. We will provide the specific upgrade pricing via WhatsApp before you confirm the change.
Right of Withdrawal and Warranty for BexyTV
As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal in accordance with distance selling regulations, subject to the specific exceptions for digital services that begin delivery immediately upon your request. Refer to local consumer protection agencies for more information on your rights.
Beyond statutory rights, every BexyTV paid package includes a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from when credentials are sent. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days detailing your issue. We will work to resolve it; if the service remains incompatible with your network, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method. See details in our refund policy.
The guarantee is void if the tv bexy package is used on more screens than allowed, if login details are shared, or if the 7-day period has expired.
How to Use BexyTV
- The BexyTV subscription is personal and for private, domestic use only. It may not be resold, broadcast publicly, or utilized for commercial purposes.
- You may stream on the number of concurrent screens included in your package. Do not share your login credentials with unauthorized users.
- You are responsible for your own hardware, internet service provider stability, and any apps you choose to install.
- In cases of severe or repeated misuse, such as credentials sharing, we reserve the right to terminate your account without a refund after prior notice.

We strive to keep BexyTV available 24/7, though we cannot guarantee constant uptime due to maintenance, technical glitches, or ISP interruptions. Channel lists may change if providers or rights holders adjust their broadcasts. Support is provided in English via our contact page and WhatsApp, seven days a week.
Liability for BexyTV
We are responsible for delivering BexyTV according to your order and applicable consumer law. We assume no liability for indirect damages or technical faults arising from your hardware, network, or third-party apps. Nothing in these terms shall limit your mandatory consumer rights.
